1. The partner site integrates getQiota.js and configures all options
2. The getQiota.js calls the Qiota system server side with a personal partner Token
3. The Qiota System verifies the Token and begins the User process
4. The client Partner calls the API to Unlock the content (see the PHP example in this documentation)
